Services

We provide general construction services including (but not limited to): renovations, extensions, repairs, and maintenance work. All services are subject to availability and agreement following consultation.

Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final costs may vary depending on:

– Changes requested by the client

– Site conditions

– Material costs

– Additional or unforeseen work required

Any additional work will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Payments

A deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance will be paid in agreed stages (milestones) during the project. Final payment must be made upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delays and Client Responsibility

London-Home improvements is not responsible for delays caused by the client. This includes, but is not limited to:

– Late supply or unavailability of materials provided by the client

– Delays in decision-making or approvals

– Failure to provide access to the property

– Failure to prepare the site as agreed

Any delays caused by the above may result in changes to timelines and additional costs.

Cancellations

If the client cancels the project after work has started, any deposit paid is non-refundable. The client may also be charged for work already completed and materials purchased.

Liability

London-Home improvements is not liable for:

– Delays caused by factors outside our control (including weather, suppliers, or third parties)

– Pre-existing structural issues or hidden defects

– Damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

– Provide clear and safe access to the property

– Ensure all necessary permissions and approvals are obtained (including planning permission if required)

– Inform us of any known issues before work begins

Workmanship

We aim to complete all work to a high professional standard. Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after completion.
